"We stayed 2 nights at La Ferme de Sophie and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The place is full of charm, with so many animals and an authentic, peaceful atmosphere. Sophie and her family are incredibly generous and welcoming. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied, with local products that we really enjoyed tasting. The location is also perfect — we could reach several nearby spots within 30 minutes. And of course, I will miss Alphonse and Ernest! If I could give 6 stars, I would!"
"Our third visit to La Ferme de Sophie was as fabulous as the first two. Clean, safe, quiet. Exceptional breakfast with local and farm fresh foods which we consider to be the best breakfast in all of our European travels. Sophie is incredibly kind and helpful in ensuring a robust visit to the region. The location provides the best base for visiting regional WW2 sites as well as Strasbourg."
"We spent 5 days with friends at Sophie's and enjoyed every minute of it! Sophie and her whole family are very friendly and helpful and made sure we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious with a warm country-style. Kleingoeft is a very small town but with a lot of other towns, cities and regions in reach. At night the city and Sophie's place becomes very quiet, but you may be able to hear one of the two horses fart :-)||We are defiantly going to be back next year to enjoy the great breakfast with home made bread, cake, juice etc. again. ||||Highly recommended! :)"
"This delightful farm has three beautifully renovated rooms in the rustic style. The farm is situated in the beautiful countryside between Strasbourg and Saverne.||Our room was large with a beautiful modern en-suite (with shower). There was two extremely comfortable twin beds that could, if required, be pushed together. The pretty sofa and single arm chair matched the curtains which were of a rose floral fabric, and very pretty. Everything was of good quality, with attention to detail.||The owner, Sophie, was a charming and very friendly hostess, but does not speak English (she understands a little). If you want to practice your French then this is the place to go!||Breakfast was superb, with homemade jams, homemade yoghourt, fruit, delicious fruit juices, ham and cheese, and of course delicious bread.||Having visited many Bed and Breakfast establishments over the years, this rates in my top 5. This delightful farm can be highly recommended with confidence."
"Lovely B&B! Very warm welcome and a very nice room. But it was the Breakfast I'm still talking about. Huge and delicious! The plum tart we were served was amazing. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants. We will be back!"
